This SBI BPCL credit card can be very beneficial for you. However, this card doesn’t have a lot of benefits because it’s an interlevel credit card.

A Welcome Benefit:

After 20 days of joining SBI BPCL credit card & payment of join fees. You will get 2000 Reward points as a welcome gift. These 2000 reward points are worth approx 500 rupees. You can redeem these reward points from any BPCL petrol pump by purchasing fuel. SBI is giving you a welcome gift to equal your joining fees.

Value Back Benefit:

At any BPCL petrol pump, If you spend a hundred rupees, you will get 4.25% cashback as 13 rewards points. So you can earn 13 rewards points on every hundred rupees spent from the SBI BPCL credit card on the BPCL petrol pump. The limit of reward points is 1300 in a month. Your 1% surcharge will be cut then your cashback is 3.25% which is great.

Excluding the BPCL petrol pump, every 100 rupees spent goes to the petrol pump. You will get 1 reward point on every hundred rupees spent.

Surcharge Waiver:

SBI BPCL credit card is giving a new 1% fuel surcharge waiver. If your transaction value is between 0 to 4000 rupees then you will get the surcharge waiver. You will get a fuel surcharge waiver maximum of 100 rupees in a month.

Friends, if you spend with SBI BPCL Credit Card on the departmental store, grocery or movie tickets. For every 100 rupees spent, you will get 1.25% cashback as 5 reward points. Excluding grocery, movie tickets, and dining, you will get one reward point on every hundred rupees spent.

Note: If you want to redeem the rewards point that you earned. You have three ways to redeem your reward points. your 4 reward points are worth 1 rupee.

Finance Charges:

If any payment fails, If you have any overdue. You have to pay 3.35% as financial charges. So, overdue can be very problematic for your Finances.

Cash Advance Fees:

If you use this card to withdraw money from an ATM then you need to pay cash advance fees. The cash advance fee is 2.5 % or 300 rupees. You have to pay 2.5 % or 300 rupees, which will be higher. So, If you have a credit card that you can also use for ATM withdrawals, We recommend you, never use this SBI BPCL Credit Card for this purpose.

Late Payment Fees:

If you pay late for this credit card, You have to pay late payment fees between 100 rupees to 950 rupees. Your payment fees depend on your dues. So, you need to be very careful about payment dates.

Over Limit Charges:

Over the limit, charges are between 2.5 % and 500 rupees. You have to pay which is higher.

While applying for an SBI BPCL credit card, you have to pay 499 rupees + GST. The annual fees for SBI BPCL Credit Card are also 499 rupees + GST. It means you have to pay 1,000 rupees + GST as joining fees & annual fees. If you used this SBI BPCL credit card, renew this credit card. You have to pay 499 rupees as second-year renewal fees.
